Recently, a merger of Borensberg Health Center and Lyckorna Health Center was completed, and we are looking for you to be part of this development journey as a nursing assistant. Work may occur at both health centers. We are now offering a temporary position. As a new nursing assistant, you will be offered a customized introduction based on your needs. Job Description We are looking for a nursing assistant who values stimulating and independent work in a developing environment. The main task at the health centers is reception work together with other colleagues and work in Tele Q with, for example, prescription requests. You will also work with your own reception with suture removal, wound dressing changes, EKG, blood pressure checks, and hearing tests. Skill development is important in our operations. Offering patients the best possible care together is central to us, which is why we aim to utilize the skills of all employees and work for skill exchange between different professions. At our health center, we all contribute to creating a good work climate by looking after each other, treating each other and our patients well, and radiating work enthusiasm. We are looking for someone who is curious and responsible with good interpersonal skills toward everyone around you. Work Team We are just over 90 employees at Lyckorna Health Center and Borensberg Health Center who work well together in an open work climate. We have good collaboration with our care neighbors, both within Region Östergötland and within the municipality. We have a development-inspired approach and conduct a broad primary care operation where we meet patients of all ages with many different needs. At the health centers there are doctor's offices, nurse offices, specialist nurse offices, nursing assistant offices, child health care, psychosocial expertise, foot care, elderly care offices, and a laboratory. We are also responsible for a number of nursing homes. About You You are a trained nursing assistant with experience in primary care. You work in constant dialogue with patients, family members, colleagues, and other operations. It is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. You also need to be able to handle different IT systems to perform daily care work. Experience with your own reception regarding what is mentioned above is meritorious. Knowledge of nephrostomy care and wound care is meritorious. We see a great advantage in experience with acute care and reception work. Furthermore, you have a pleasant demeanor toward patients and colleagues. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to make independent decisions based on your profession.
