Each child's ability and experience, desire and willingness to play and learn form the basis for our preschools' activities. You should be familiar with and work according to our curriculum and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, but also be familiar with the "Kronobarnsmodellen" (Kronobarn Model) that Kronoberg municipalities and Region Kronoberg are developing around. This is to create a safe and secure upbringing for each child through promotion, early and coordinated interventions. Bokhultet consists of three sections: Solen, Kometen, and Stjärnan. Solen's sections are located in the school building, where the older children attend. At Bokhultets Preschool, children learn through play, social interaction, and by exploring and creating. But also through observation, conversation, and reflection. We strive to have challenging and stimulating environments that invite activity. Bokhultet offers children a fun, safe, and educational day at preschool. 1 position(s). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES When you work as a preschool teacher with us, you become part of a team that together creates an education that stimulates and challenges all children's development and learning. We want children to feel safe and well-being during their time at preschool. With the curriculum and other governing documents as a basis, you choose methods, content, and approach based on each child's knowledge, experience, and specific circumstances. You contribute your knowledge and experience to develop the activities, but also yourself of course. You collaborate to create a safe, fun, and educational preschool. As a preschool teacher, you have expanded responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified or newly graduated preschool teacher and who has a strong interest in learning and developing together with the children and our colleagues. Together we are responsible for the activities and drive development toward the preschool's set goals.
