Responsibilities As a preschool teacher at Svågadalens Preschool, you are responsible together with other staff for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction in accordance with applicable regulations. The work aims to stimulate each child's development and learning through collaboration, secure relationships, and a good environment. We work systematically with quality improvement based on proven science. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher and/or has experience working in a preschool. You are engaged, goal-oriented, and confident in leading groups of children. You are communicative and have good collaboration skills. You are positive and curious about children's development and learning. The small-scale format offers great freedom and excellent opportunities to develop the operation, but also requires flexibility, trust, and teamwork.
