About the job You'll work closely with people providing personal care, service, and health and medical tasks on delegation. Working hours are between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM (evenings and holidays included). No night shifts. 📍 Location: Our offices are in Kristianstad (Industrigatan 2A) / Åhus (Tullvaktaregatan 10) 📆 Start: As soon as we find the right person (maybe you?) 🛎️ Position: Permanent and as needed 🕒 Hours: Desired employment level, minimum 50% 📋 Who we're looking for We're not looking for superheroes – we're looking for you with heart, responsibility, and team spirit. ✅ Swedish fluency – You communicate freely in Swedish.
