The Care Management Administration is seeking care and support personnel. Ten permanent positions at 100% employment with start date in late August. Are you currently employed as a care or support assistant with us, or do you see a future in care and elderly services work? Are you motivated to study to become a nursing assistant over three terms while working as a care assistant? Do you see a future in elderly care or disability services in Tanum Municipality? Through the government's investment in the so-called Elderly Care Initiative, we have the opportunity to offer education as a nursing assistant or support assistant during employment for 10 people. Assignment of positions is subject to necessary decisions being made. You will study during paid work time 50% (full-time study pace) and also work in the operation 50%. Job Responsibilities You will work within elderly care throughout Tanum Municipality. You will work day, evening, or night shifts with staffing requirements of at least two weekends out of four. During your studies to become a nursing assistant/support assistant, you will work day, evening, and weekend hours. Qualifications * You are flexible and have strong personal suitability for the position. * You have a high level of service and good communication with our service users and colleagues. * You must be eligible for studies at adult upper secondary education level. If Swedish is your second language, you must have documentation of passing level through year 9, Swedish as Second Language basic course. * You must demonstrate that you have applied to the nursing care program starting fall semester 2026; you apply to adult education in the municipality where you live. To be offered the position, you must be admitted to the program starting fall 2026. * You must have applied to the care and nursing program before applying for this position.
