About the role We are now looking for you to work full-time or part-time, day or evening shifts, and every other weekend. Temporary hourly positions are also available. As a nursing assistant with us, you work close to the customer in their home environment. You provide care and support in daily life, assist with service tasks and household chores, and contribute to security, continuity, and quality of life. You are an important part of an engaged team where collaboration and responsibility are central. Start date is immediate or by agreement. Your work tasks include, among others: Personal care according to the service's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with, for example, preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Carry out documentation and work according to decided interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff Who are you? You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their loved ones. Qualifications Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from your current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant Fluent knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer experience You must be able to cycle Meritorious: Experience from care work in elderly care Driver's license category B What can we offer you?
