About the Role As a maintenance mechanic with us, you'll have a varied work area that includes safety, maintenance, improvements, and operations. You'll participate in preventive maintenance and contribute to the development of operator-driven maintenance. You'll work on maintaining our machine park according to facility structure and organizational chart, which also includes documenting activities. You'll participate in and in some cases be responsible for projects and improvement initiatives. Troubleshooting, analysis, creating action plans, and maintaining order according to 5S principles are natural parts of the job. All tasks are driven by our constant focus on improving safety in our machines for our employees. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your existing knowledge in your respective area, and there's also room for new creative ideas that can lead to improved routines and processes. Since maintenance is a service profession, we require flexibility regarding working hours. Are You the Right Fit? We believe you have technical foundation training and a few years of experience with similar work tasks. You have good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written. To succeed in this role, it's an advantage if you have experience in, for example, welding, machining, pneumatics, transmissions, and hydraulics. Electrical knowledge is a merit in the Maintenance Mechanic role as it helps you understand the complete process picture. We expect you to be able to plan your own work in terms of material procurement, time requirements, warehouse management, and follow-up on completed work.
