Job Responsibilities As a care and support professional, you are an everyday hero. You help our service users with everything from daily tasks, personal hygiene, and medication management to social activities and community participation. Your work is important and valued! QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who • Has a big heart and respectful approach. • Is flexible, responsible, and enjoys collaboration. • Has experience or training in care and support (a plus, but not required). • Is ready to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends. Requirements • You are at least 18 years old. • You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. • After completing training that we provide, you must be able to receive delegation regarding medication management. • You must be able to read, understand, and document information in our operational systems. • For certain positions, a driver's license is required.
