WORK DUTIES Within our operations, we work with individuals who have received a decision under LSS or SoL and who need support in their daily lives. You will work with people who need clear, structured teaching methods to create predictability and clarity in their daily lives and to create conditions for participation. You are part of a team that works together to develop the activities based on the individual's needs and applicable guidelines. You work continuously to follow the individual's development and support them in developing and maintaining abilities and functions. You follow implementation plans and document your work, which requires digital competence. You collaborate with team members, unit manager, nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, family members and others in the individual's network to develop and support them. Some independent work does occur. QUALIFICATIONS You have completed a care and health services program with a focus on the disability area, a child and leisure program, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have life experience and have previously worked and met people in various difficult situations. It is also meritorious if you have experience working with individuals with various types of disabilities and/or socio-psychiatry, as well as experience meeting people with harmful use and/or addiction. It is also meritorious if you have education and experience in AAC/TAKK. To thrive as an hourly/vacation substitute with us, you should be independent, driven and able to follow instructions. You should be secure as a person, stable and enjoy working with people who have different abilities and needs. You need to be flexible regarding schedule and enjoy working with change. You have a good ability to work from a professional, structured approach and see the individual based on their needs and current condition, adapting your approach accordingly with a low-affective manner as the foundation. You should be able to collaborate, follow procedures and be open to giving and receiving feedback, working solution-oriented without ego. You should be able to handle the Swedish language in a nuanced way, both spoken and written. A language test may be conducted during the recruitment process. Driver's license B and driving experience is a requirement to work within residential support. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months.
