JOB DUTIES Your Assignment As a special education teacher with us, you work both strategically and operatively to: Identify and analyze students' support needs Conduct pedagogical assessments and contribute to intervention plans Guide and support teachers in working with adaptations and special support Contribute to the development of accessible learning environments Collaborate in the student well-being team together with school leadership and other professionals Participate in the school's systematic quality work QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: Have a degree in special education Have personal experience with grading at the lower secondary/upper secondary level Have experience working in upper secondary school (meritorious) Have a strong ability to analyze and see the big picture Are confident in your professional role and have good mentoring skills Are solution-focused, structured, and work well with others Want to be an active part of the school's development work Employment Type: Permanent position.
