About Us Humlan's HVB is a residential facility for parents with children up to 16 years old and pregnant women. You can come to us if there is a need for more intensive family treatment or assessment of parenting capacity. We work with issues related to care, attachment, violence, addictions, trauma, or neuropsychiatric difficulties. We work for each family's security, where every child should have the best conditions to grow up in a safe, stable, and caring environment. About the Role The work involves meeting parents and children often in crisis and/or with a difficult life situation. It is of great importance that you yourself can see possibilities, convey hope, and meet people in a respectful and secure way. Your main tasks include: Practical everyday support for both parents and children Participation in assessment and/or treatment work Documentation Treatment and assessment planning based on care plans and implementation plans We work with evidence-based methods, primarily clarifying pedagogy. This position is a summer or hourly substitute contract. Work takes place during daytime, evening, night, and weekends; 24-hour work with sleeping on-call can occur. Salary is by agreement, and other compensation is according to collective agreement. Start date by agreement. Who Are You? The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, and you therefore have good communication and cooperation skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. Before employment, a criminal record extract will be provided. To apply for the position, it is meriting if you: Are educated as a social pedagogue, social worker, treatment educator, or have other completed post-secondary education that the employer considers equivalent. Have experience working with people in vulnerable situations Have experience in treatment work Have experience working with parents and children You have a good ability to create trusting relationships with guardians/other adults while being able to set clear boundaries and remain in your assignment. Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Have a good ability to work low-affectively Have knowledge of documentation and record-keeping Have a Class B driver's license Other merits for the position: Competencies in: BBIC, MI, intimate partner violence, Komet, Trygghetscirkeln, KIBB, family support programs, NPF diagnoses, signs of safety, MI, conflict management.
