We welcome your application today! Your Workplace Women's Healthcare offers both outpatient and inpatient care within obstetrics, gynecology, and internal medicine. We strive for close collaboration within the clinic, and many of our staff rotate between departments and clinics to promote skills development and a holistic perspective. On Ward 14 gynecology/medicine, we care for women who have undergone gynecological surgery, suffer from bleeding, pregnancy-related nausea, or cancer disease. We also care for patients with internal medicine diagnoses, both women and men. The ward consists of two units, gynecology/medicine and maternity, and several staff members work in both. We collaborate closely with the gynecologic oncology clinic and the internal medicine clinic. Together, we work to provide our patients with safe, secure, and person-centered care. We are now seeking three nurses for temporary positions extending through December 31, 2027. Your Responsibilities As a nurse on the gynecology/medicine ward, you lead the daily work and are responsible for the patient's care needs. You work with medication management, blood sampling, ward rounds, and documentation. In your interactions with patients, you play an important role and are a central part of the multidisciplinary team. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you as a licensed nurse with strong ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. You have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You are flexible and can quickly adapt to new situations while maintaining focus and structure in your work. You enjoy collaborating with others and actively contribute to a good work environment. Your ability to see the whole picture in patient care enables you to make well-founded decisions and prioritize correctly. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in improvement work and want to be part of developing our operations together with us. Previous experience in gynecology, internal medicine, surgery, or oncology is advantageous. We hope you want to make a difference with us!
