About the Role As a nurse at our facilities, you will have varied work where you both work long-term with health plans to increase quality of life for residents, and where you also make assessments and decisions about measures in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The shift toward Nearby Care means that increasingly specialized healthcare services are provided at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence operations. As a nurse at Attendo, you are valuable and your expertise is highly appreciated. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual. Main Responsibilities Medication management Work in national quality registers Supervision of nursing staff Nursing care responsibility for patients Who Are You? As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy guiding and delegating nursing staff in healthcare tasks and are motivated by working with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us. Qualifications Requirements: Registered nurse At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elder care Very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing Class B driver's license Meritorious if you also have Experience from work in private care operations Experience in supervision Education in geriatrics or district nursing What Can We Offer You?
