We are looking for a site manager/supervisor in earthwork & civil construction Would you like a varied and responsible role at a local earthwork and civil construction company where you get to be involved from planning through to project completion? At KMT Klippans Maskintjänst AB, we are now seeking a site manager/supervisor who wants to become an important part of our daily operations. With us, you'll have a broad role where you plan, lead, and follow up on work within earthwork, civil construction, individual sewage systems, excavation, transportation, and other contracting assignments. About the role As a site manager/supervisor with us, you have a central role in planning and distributing daily work. You maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and skilled workers, and ensure that projects move forward in a structured and efficient manner. Work tasks may include: planning and coordinating projects and daily work assigning work tasks to skilled workers and machine operators maintaining ongoing contact with customers, clients, and suppliers scheduling site visits and following up on ongoing work preparing quotes and simple cost estimates ordering materials, transportation, and resources following up on time, materials, change order work, and invoice documentation responsibility for documentation, self-inspections, and quality assurance handling matters related to individual sewage systems contributing to structure, planning, and development in daily operations environmental work & material handling The position is broad and involves both office work and work at job sites. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and confident in leading others. You need to be able to plan ahead, make decisions in everyday situations, and have good communication skills with both customers and colleagues. You thrive in a role where there's a lot happening and where you are the link between the office, the customer, and the field staff. We would like to see that you: have experience from earthwork, civil construction, building, water/sewage, or similar industries have previous experience in work supervision, site management, or project management are experienced in planning, coordinating, and following up on work have good computer skills and administrative ability are clear, solution-oriented, and self-driven have a good understanding of economics, schedules, and resources have experience leading others have a class B driver's license Experience with individual sewage systems, cost estimation, contract law, and public procurement is a plus.
