Examples of GSE include push-back trucks, de-icing vehicles, electric vehicles, and baggage handling equipment. About the Position Do you have a strong interest in mechanics and want to spend your days maintaining and repairing various types of vehicles? Then working as a mechanic at TCR might be perfect for you! The role of mechanic is an interesting and stimulating position for someone who wants to repair different types of vehicles and thereby broaden your knowledge within the trade. The work tasks include repairs and maintenance of cars, ground support equipment, and vehicles such as baggage carts. Additionally, you will work with your colleagues on troubleshooting various vehicle types. We therefore see that you have a mechanical background and a desire to learn even more. Main Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting and diagnostics of large and small vehicles (cars, trucks, and special vehicles). • Performing service, repairs, and maintenance on the vehicles handled by the workshop. • Problem-solving and troubleshooting together with both Swedish and foreign suppliers Your Profile We are looking for someone with some years of experience as a mechanic with a strong interest in mechanics. You are solution-oriented and technically inclined. You have experience working with computers and workshop management systems. As a person, you are resourceful, self-directed, and thorough. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, and place great emphasis on achieving shared results by being solution- and improvement-oriented. Good communication skills in Swedish, both written and verbal, are required. You must also have a Class B driver's license. We offer an exciting and varied position within a growing company in Scandinavia and Sweden. You will report directly to the Workshop Manager. The position is full-time starting by mutual agreement.
