As a consultant manager assistant, you'll support our consultant managers and assist in various parts of the recruitment process to help our corporate clients find the right talent. You don't need previous recruitment experience – if you have the drive, commitment, and willingness to learn, we'll give you the tools to succeed. Job Responsibilities As a consultant manager assistant, you'll work approximately two days per week. The schedule is set weekly and based on the workload for the coming week, as well as the possibilities within your schedule. Note that we view it very positively if you're flexible and can assist during evenings and weekends during peak work periods. As a consultant manager assistant at our Luleå office, you'll support our consultant managers and help with all parts of the recruitment process. This includes helping write job postings, candidate selection through CV review, phone screenings, and reference checks. Over time, you may also conduct interviews and take full responsibility for simpler processes. The role also includes assisting with administration related to employment, such as scheduling, administering employment agreements, and preparing payroll documentation. As a consultant manager assistant, you'll have a varied daily routine where no two days are the same and you'll interact with many – from candidates and consultants to internal employees. At PN, you'll receive all the tools you need to develop and build a career in recruitment. You'll work together with other assistant teams throughout Sweden to manage daily operations.
