Cold Cuts Specialist for Lidingö Saluhall On behalf of our client, Four Service is recruiting a Cold Cuts Specialist for Lidingö Saluhall. About the Position The role is broad and varied with a focus on cold cuts, retail, and catering. Work is primarily scheduled for weekday daytime hours, with one Saturday every other week. Start date: August/September by agreement. Key Responsibilities Production of salads, sandwiches, and cold cuts products Preparation and arrangement for retail and catering Handling, preparation, and cooking of seafood Ordering and planning of goods Customer contact, sales, and service in the shop Catering deliveries and event preparation Ensuring order, quality, and hygiene in production Experience with seafood is desirable but not required. The kitchen has great expertise and a strong willingness to teach the right person who wants to grow with the team.
