About the Position: We're now seeking experienced servers and bar staff who are passionate about creating a fantastic guest experience. As part of our team, you are the hotel's face to the world and play a crucial role in ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their stay. You'll have a unique opportunity to be there from the start of a new hotel concept. You'll also have a workplace with a high level of satisfaction and strong team spirit. In your role, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop. We're Looking for Someone Who: ● Is over 20 years old. (Based on the Alcohol Act (2010:1622), specifically: Chapter 8, Section 18: "The person responsible for service must be at least 20 years old..." https://lagen.nu/2010:1622#K8P18S1) ● Has a strong service mentality and a natural ability to build good customer relationships. ● Is communicative, positive, and engaged. ● Enjoys working in a team and has a proactive work approach. ● Can work flexibly, including weekends, mornings, and evenings. Merits: ● Has experience in leadership within serving and bar operations. Responsibilities: ● Greet and welcome guests with a professional and warm demeanor, and assist guests with questions and requests. ● Provide recommendations about the hotel's facilities and surroundings. ● Work with various tasks at the hotel, such as breakfast service, basic serving, and general guest service. ● Create a pleasant and positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. ● Manage the lunch buffet and check out guests at the register. ● À la Carte serving where you serve guests both food and beverages at the table and provide guests with a compelling description of our food and beverage menu. ● Create a pleasant and positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. ● Be helpful to both colleagues and guests. ● Ensure the restaurant is presentable, clean, and welcoming. ● Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned and that everything guests see is well-stocked, inviting, and appealing.
