Welcome to F. Anderssons Svets & Smide AB After more than 10 years with us, our colleague Olle is now moving to Göteborg – and we are therefore seeking a replacement who wants to become an important part of our team going forward. We're looking for someone who is independent in manufacturing and production and who wants to work in a company where quality, professional pride, and teamwork are at the center. Since 1950, we have delivered high-quality metalwork to individuals, construction companies, property management firms, and housing cooperatives. We work in property and service smithing, structural smithing, and interior and manufacturing smithing throughout the Stockholm area. We operate out of modern facilities in Åkersberga, and our vision is clear: ZERO DEFECTS. About the Position With us, you'll get varied work with significant personal responsibility: - Independent production work in the workshop - On-site assembly at customer locations - Responsibility for your own smaller projects and assignments - Blueprint reading, measurements, and problem-solving - Direct customer contact We're Looking for Someone Who: - Is self-reliant in manufacturing and production - Has experience in structural or manufacturing smithing - Can weld (MIG/MAG, TIG, and stick) - Can read blueprints and work independently - Holds a valid driver's license (B-class) Personal Qualities: - Thorough and quality-conscious - Responsible and solution-oriented - Customer-focused and communicative - Results-driven with professional pride Merits: - Several years of experience as a blacksmith - Welding certifications/qualifications - Hot work experience - Experience with measurements and basic blueprint work What We Offer: - Full-time position, permanent - Collective agreement - A stable employer with a long history - Great freedom with responsibility - A dedicated team Work Location: Sågvägen 35 B, Åkersberga, and at our customers' sites.
