Municipal Association Hälsingland (KFH) is a collaboration between the municipalities of Bollnäs, Ovanåker, and Söderhamn. On behalf of our member municipalities, we are responsible for rescue services in the region. We are now looking for a service technician who wants to help ensure that our operations run efficiently – every day, year-round. About the Position As a service technician, you are a key person behind the rescue service's operational work. You play an important role in ensuring that our equipment, vehicles, and facilities maintain a high standard and are always ready for use. Your tasks include: · Ensuring that rescue materials are complete and fully functional. · Performing maintenance and service of vehicles, equipment, and facilities. · Participating in development and operational projects related to technology and equipment. · Supporting other functions within the association with practical work tasks. · Providing input for budgets and investments (no budget responsibility). Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, takes responsibility, and enjoys working in a role with varied tasks. You collaborate and communicate well, but can also work independently and make your own decisions. We would appreciate if you have experience from the automotive industry or similar technical work. Qualifications · Documented experience with planned maintenance – you have worked practically with service, inspection, and functional checks of vehicles or technical equipment. · Strong technical understanding – you can troubleshoot, assess condition, and carry out measures independently. · Basic proficiency with digital work tools – you can handle simple systems for service planning or documentation when needed. · Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly – you communicate what is needed for work to proceed smoothly. · Category B driver's license (manual) – required to work throughout the association.
