We're looking for a dedicated Mechanic to join our maintenance team – Make a difference in our production! Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic work environment? As a Mechanic at Sofidel Sweden, you'll be an important part of our maintenance team, focused on maintaining high technical standards and maximizing production uptime. Together with your colleagues, you'll work to ensure that our operations maintain high quality and efficiency through proactive and rapid response to any production stops. What do we offer you? Your experience and knowledge: To thrive in this role, we'd like you to have experience and knowledge in the following areas: Preventive and corrective maintenance Machine processing and welding (MIG, TIG, arc welding) It's a plus if you also have experience with: Hydraulics and pneumatics Bearing assembly Working hours and employment: This role is a permanent full-time collective employment position, and working hours follow a rolling five-week schedule where you work an average of 38 hours per week: Week 1: 07:00–16:00 Week 2: 07:00–16:00 Week 3: 07:00–16:00 Week 4: 07:00–16:00 Week 5: 14:00–22:00 (Monday-Thursday, Friday off) Week 5: On-call Monday-Thursday 22:00 – 06:00 Friday 16:00 – Monday 06:00 Welcome to apply!
