The Social Sector is now making a long-term commitment to quality work across the sector. We are building a completely new team consisting of a quality strategist and several quality developers. Together, you will work operatively close to the operations and provide strong support to our unit managers, employees, management, and elected officials in analyses, development, and improvements. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES In the role of quality strategist, you lead the overarching work of coordinating and developing the sector's systematic quality work. You serve as strategic support to both sector management and operational activities. Together with management and quality developers, you monitor the sector's goal work, governing documents, and procedures. You maintain the sector's overarching annual cycle linked to planning, follow-up, and quality. You compile the sector's quarterly reports, quality narratives, and assignments, and conduct proactive environmental monitoring. You prepare qualified decision-making materials for elected officials, present materials at committee meetings, and support colleagues in preparing service letters. When needed, you also handle requests for public records. You work with internal control for the social sector and you lead and participate in various projects aimed at strengthening quality in operations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who thrives in a coordinating role in a fast-paced environment and who has the ability to reprioritize when unexpected situations arise. You are analytical, thorough, proactive, and able to work independently. Since the role involves many points of contact, you are collaboration-oriented, have an ease in building trust, and can express yourself clearly and pedagogically to different audiences. You have a strong ability to plan your work and meet set deadlines. For this assignment, you have relevant university education in social sciences or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You must have at least 3 years of experience with similar strategic or investigative work tasks within public operations. You have experience working in a politically governed organization and are accustomed to writing reports, service letters, and decision-making materials. You have good knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL), the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations on systematic quality work (SOSFS 2011:9), municipal law and administrative law, and preferably the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act. You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the Office package and experience working with digital tools.
