We are now looking for an area-responsible property technician specializing in appliances to join us at Gamla Byn AB in Avesta. About the Role As a property technician with us, you will work on troubleshooting, repair, and service of appliances in our properties. You have a mobile and independent job with significant personal responsibility, where you plan your assigned area, order materials, and ensure that work is performed efficiently and with high quality. You will meet many of our tenants in their homes. Therefore, we see that you have good social skills and are attentive, respectful, and trustworthy in your interactions with others. In this role, you are not only solving technical problems; you also contribute to safety, good service, and a functioning daily life for our tenants. We would like to see that you as an applicant have: - Experience with practical work in service or technology, preferably with appliances - A solution-oriented and service-focused approach to work - Good service awareness and professional demeanor - A B-class driver's license, which is a requirement - Good computer skills, preferably with experience in property management systems - Ability to communicate in multiple languages, which is an advantage - Ability to work independently, plan your work, and take overall responsibility for your area What qualities should you have to thrive in this role To thrive in this role, we believe you have a strong interest in technology and a keen sense of service. Work is scheduled during daytime, but on-call duty may apply. You will work from our office at Axel Johnsons väg 73, Avesta. Start date is by agreement.
