About the role As an architect with us, you'll have a varied role working on both new construction and renovation projects within housing and commercial spaces. You'll be an important part of our team and contribute to developing attractive, functional, and sustainable environments for our tenants. The position is a temporary assignment for the period Your tasks may include: - Developing sketches, drawings, and construction documents - Creating apartment layouts and floor plans - Participating in planning and execution of building projects - Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and authorities - Contributing to design and development initiatives - Ensuring projects comply with applicable laws and regulations Your qualities and experience You are structured, solution-oriented, and have strong collaborative skills. We value initiative and a genuine interest in sustainable development and quality architecture. Employment and terms The architect position is a full-time parental leave substitute role until April 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension on a full-time or part-time basis until August 31, 2027. Location at our office on Axel Johnsons väg 73 in Avesta. Work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with start date by agreement. We have collective agreements and offer secure employment conditions. We prefer that you have a B-class driving license, as travel within our property portfolio may be required.
