Arbetslivsresurs is growing and we need to find new dedicated job coaches/employment consultants for our offices in Eskilstuna and Strängnäs. We are looking for someone who focuses on possibilities and achieving results in your assignments. Arbetslivsresurs strengthens strengths and helps reduce unemployment and exclusion by supporting and guiding people toward work trials, studies, and ultimately sustainable employment! The role as an employment consultant involves supporting individuals one-on-one or in groups and simplifying and shortening the path to new work or studies. You will conduct resource assessments, support in creating application materials, arrange work trial placements, and guide and motivate groups through lectures both in-person and online. You have the opportunity to be creative and adapt your work based on the individual's needs, which makes the work both enjoyable and dynamic. You have a good ability to independently plan, administer, and follow up on your work and always deliver with quality. As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and independent and enjoy variety in your tasks. Creating relationships and building networks are things you feel comfortable with and we would like you to have a broad network and good knowledge of the local job market. You are experienced in using LinkedIn and social media as professional tools. To succeed in this role, you need the ability to meet people with different backgrounds and needs, gain their trust, and enable them to succeed in entering the job market. Beyond the requirements profile below, we will place great emphasis on your personality. We are looking for both full-time and part-time candidates, starting in September. Requirements Profile Alternative 1 • Education: Higher education degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system). • Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time may also be accepted if the combined working time equals full-time over two (2) years. Alternative 2 • Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least passing grades. • Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks: - Management with personnel responsibility. - Recruitment. - Career transition work for job seekers. - Study and career guidance. - Personnel matters handling (not solely personnel administration). - Work with labor and employment market issues. - Work with social and group psychology. - Career counseling. • Driver's license and access to a car • Additional qualifications if you speak more languages than Swedish Application Recruitment is ongoing so do not hesitate to submit your application as soon as possible.
