We are now seeking an engaged and confident childcare worker/educator for a time-limited full-time position (100%) with us. The position begins with a three-month probationary period with the possibility of continued employment during the substitute period. About the Role As a childcare worker/educator with us, you work together with the team to create a safe, educational, and inspiring environment for the children. You participate in the pedagogical work and contribute to the children's development and learning through play, care, and structure in daily activities. Responsibilities Participate in daily activities Create a safe and positive environment for the children Plan and implement educational activities together with colleagues Collaborate with guardians and the work team Support children's social and pedagogical development We're Looking for You If You Are trained as a childcare worker or have experience working in preschool/school Are responsible, flexible, and engaged Have good communication skills with children, guardians, and colleagues Enjoy working in a team
