About the Role As a care worker, you'll work closely with children and their parents, fostering a safe and structured environment where relationships, development, and hope for the future are central. You'll meet families in vulnerable situations and provide both practical and therapeutic support through guidance and structure in their daily lives. The role requires the ability to work independently, drive your own processes, and manage certain tasks on your own. We're looking for someone who is confident, calm, and relationship-oriented with a warm and respectful approach that balances care with clear boundaries. You are organized, engaged, and responsible. You thrive in a team where collaboration, reflection, and professional development are integral parts of the work. You have strong flexibility – since no two days are typically alike. Your main responsibilities include: Plan and structure interventions Direct care work and therapeutic support Participation in assessment work Documentation according to BBIC Motivational work and daily support for adults and children Work according to care plans and implementation plans Contact person – a link between clients, staff, social services, schools, and networks. This is a permanent position at 95%. Work is scheduled during daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends. Salary is subject to agreement and other compensation follows the collective agreement. Start date to be agreed upon. For this position, you must have: A degree in social work, social pedagogy, treatment pedagogy, or other equivalent post-secondary education as determined by the employer. At least 2 years of experience in change/development work Strong ability to interact with adults and children Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written Strong IT skills as documentation is extensive, and the ability to write detailed case notes A valid B-class driver's license Strong ability to work independently and maintain emotional composure It is an advantage if you have competence or experience in any of the following: MI, Connect, Sign of Safety, BBIC, CBT, FFT, iriSk, ÅP, parental support, conflict management, intimate partner violence, neurodevelopmental disorders, Patriark, Sarah, substance abuse and addiction, KASAM, Komet, safety circles.
