We are now seeking personal care assistants for a customer living in Mjölby. About the Personal Care Assistant Role As a personal care assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is located, and your tasks involve assisting the customer so they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Job Responsibilities Your responsibilities depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can include anything from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home. We Are Looking for Someone Who: We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and learns new tasks easily. It would be beneficial if you share the customer's interest in cooking and gardening. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training on the role of personal care assistant. About the Employment The employment form is on-call employment (to begin with) and compensation is hourly wages. Working hours vary based on customer needs: days and evenings, weekdays and weekends. Salary and other employment terms are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
