Following an accident, he has been paralyzed from the neck down, which means you will assist him with everything in daily life. He communicates fully. The home is equipped with all necessary assistive devices. His interests revolve around activities such as motorsport, walks in both city and forest, and above all ice hockey. About You: We believe you are around 30 years old and older. You have prior experience working as a personal care assistant and are someone who understands what good care means. In this assistance role, you will work in pairs, which requires you to be social and a team player. As a person, you have a cheerful and open approach and you enjoy planning activities. Experience with advanced respiratory support is a plus. Based on the requirements of the assistance role, on-site training will occur before you start. Requirements: 50–75% + hourly substitute work. Work in pairs. You will work rotating three shifts: days, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Onboarding occurs continuously. Qualifications: You are 30 years old or older. Driver's license is advantageous but not decisive. Non-smoker. Fluent Swedish. Additional Information: We have a collective agreement and individual salary setting, plus wellness benefits up to 4,000 SEK/year.
