Aura Train & Rail is a new and specialized business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing needs of the train and railway industry for the right expertise – now and in the future. We are currently looking for experienced train technicians based in Hässleholm! As a train technician, you are an important part of a team that ensures trains operate safely and efficiently. You will work with everything from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You document technical deviations and corrective actions, collaborate closely with colleagues – but also feel comfortable working independently. Your responsibilities include: Service, repair, and maintenance of trains Troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Reporting and documentation in technical systems Participating in improvement work regarding safety and quality Shift work applies – operations run 24/7, year-round. Work hours and arrangements are adapted as much as possible to your expertise and life situation.
