About the Workplace Ersta Elderly Care Facilities are part of Ersta Diakoni and operate a total of nine elderly care homes in Stockholm and Uppsala. Sarahemmet is located in Nacka/Älta and has 54 tastefully furnished apartments spread over two floors, for people with dementia and care needs. About the Role As an operations coordinator, you are an important part of creating a safe and well-functioning everyday life for our residents and staff. You ensure that staffing works, that operations are well-organized, and that employees have the support they need. When the right person is in the right place and operations run smoothly, the best conditions for good care are created. In this multifaceted role, you will: be responsible for staffing during short-term absences – handle sick reports, maintain close dialogue with managers and staff, and help ensure the right competence is in place to meet residents' needs administer schedule changes in our scheduling system (Medvind) ensure that supplies are well-stocked – inventory, order, and manage deliveries of consumables handle various types of purchases for the facility make fault reports and maintain contact with the property management department prepare, support, and administer activities that contribute to a meaningful and enriching everyday life for our residents take care of administrative tasks related to, for example, phones, keys, and similar items handle administration and reception of nursing assistant students practicing with us be part of the facility's management team and contribute to the development of the home Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who enjoys being the hub of operations and wants to contribute to creating a well-functioning and homely everyday life for our residents and staff. You have a professional approach and an eye for the bigger picture, while not hesitating to take care of the details. You are structured and organized, with a natural ability to create overview and keep track of many things at once. You also understand how your work affects both staff conditions and residents' daily lives. Your positive attitude and desire to create wellbeing make you an important part of our team. Your Experience You have: experience with staffing and administrative work, preferably in a similar environment good computer skills and ability to manage different administrative systems, such as Medvind high school diploma We view it positively if you have a driver's license and access to a car.
