The Purchasing Unit supports Region Jämtland Härjedalen's political organization, the regional director, and healthcare and dental care managers. We are a team of seven employees working with commissioned healthcare and dental care, physiotherapists on the National Fee Schedule, and regional dental care support. JOB DUTIES As an Operations Controller within the Purchasing Unit, you'll take a central role in driving development, quality, and monitoring. In this role, you will, among other things: • Develop and improve monitoring of operations • Analyze and evaluate results to support decision-making • Work on quality issues that lead to concrete improvements in procurement, monitoring, and operations • Initiate development work in collaboration with specialists and operations linked to our agreements • Manage and further develop IT support related to the assignment You'll work both independently and in close collaboration with healthcare providers, partners, and colleagues. The role is partly shaped based on operational needs and your experience. You'll also perform other tasks as agreed with the Purchasing Manager. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and proactive, with a strong ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others. You need to be flexible and able to switch between tasks of varying nature and complexity. You have well-developed service skills, are responsive, and meet others with a humble and respectful approach. You must communicate clearly and be able to provide advice and guidance in a way that builds trust. Formal Requirements • University degree in healthcare • Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and good knowledge of English • Excellent administrative skills, including experience in preparing, processing, and managing governing documents and agreements Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and collaboration skills.
