We are seeking an Operations Manager for Apex Terapi in Malmö who with confidence and clarity takes responsibility for daily operations, quality and accessibility, and who in the long term wants to be part of developing the business further. About Us Apex Terapi is an established psychology clinic in Malmö with eight psychologists. We are part of Hälsoval Skåne and offer treatment in both PDT and CBT, serving both region-financed and privately paying patients. Our operations are built on high clinical expertise and strong commitment to the patient. We also have the ambition to gradually expand our offering toward privately paying patients and companies, alongside region-financed care. The Assignment As Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading the daily operations of a clinic that already functions well. Your most important task is to ensure high clinical quality, good accessibility, and sustainable finances, and to nurture the operations and team we have built. You work closely with the board and owners, report continuously, and contribute to the company's ongoing development. The board sets the strategic direction, and you are an important voice in that work. In addition, there is a development assignment. In time, we want to expand our offering outside of Hälsovalet, toward privately paying patients and companies, and here you have the opportunity to help shape new services and revenue streams. This is part of the role over time, but never at the expense of the existing operations, which always comes first. Your Responsibilities • Lead daily operations and ensure high clinical quality and good accessibility. • Be responsible for the business's finances and goal achievement. • Lead, develop, and recruit psychologists as the business develops. • Work closely with and report to the board and owners and contribute to the company's strategic direction. • Shape the structure, working methods, and culture that sustain the business long-term. • Over time, develop and establish a private and company-focused offering alongside region-financed care. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a confident and present leader with the ability to combine clarity with strong collaboration skills. You are comfortable taking responsibility for a functioning business and making decisions that hold up over time. You have a business-minded and solution-oriented approach, and we see an interest in business development and building new offerings over time as an asset. Qualifications • Licensed psychologist. • Experience leading people and developing operations. Experience with business development, change management, or building new offerings is a plus. • Knowledge of Hälsoval Skåne and primary care regulations is a plus. • Good digital proficiency and very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
