About Åby 1 and Åby 3 Åby 1 and Åby 3 are two adjacent group homes according to LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) for individuals within the autism spectrum or with intellectual disabilities. The operations offer a safe and individually adapted daily life in a calm and nature-close environment, with proximity to both services and public transport. An engaged and experienced staff team works here with a strong focus on quality, participation, and good treatment. The operation has responsibility for HSL and works cross-professionally to meet the residents' needs. In this role, you will also be responsible for a smaller integrated Daily Activity unit. Your Experience and Knowledge We are looking for someone with relevant higher education within care and social services (e.g., social worker, social care) and experience from care operations. You have at least two years of documented experience in a management position in equivalent operations and good references regarding leadership. Education certificate for the intended facility manager must be verified with a control code that can be verified via Ladok. You have a coaching approach and want to see your employees grow and develop in their professional role. You enjoy giving and receiving feedback and breaking down and working toward established goals. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles.
