We are now looking for a team member who will mainly work with plant care, complemented by delivering fruit boxes to our customers one day per week. Placement in Luleå. We have two main divisions: a plant design department with plant service and a fruit department for delivery of fruit and gift baskets. Our customers are exclusively businesses. We should always be considered a long-term supplier of our services and products. Företagsväxter is a privately owned company with the same owner since its inception. We have approximately 90 employees and had a turnover of approximately 135 Mkr in 2025. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office located in Knivsta, north of Stockholm. Our regional offices are located in Malmö, Gothenburg, Linköping, Örebro, Sundsvall, and Umeå. We are now looking for a plant care specialist. You enjoy meeting people, creating a pleasant environment, and are interested in helping plants thrive. As a plant care specialist, you are the company's face to the outside world and work with the care of plants both indoors and outdoors at our customers' locations around the Mälardalen area. Your work tasks include: Continuous plant care Repotting Replacement of plants Delivery of new plants Ordering plants Warehouse management Delivery of fruit boxes. The position is part-time. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and stress-resilient. You have good social skills and speak and write Swedish well, as the work involves being able to read instructions. A large part of the work takes place in the field at our customers' locations. We therefore see that you have great commitment and a good sense of providing excellent service and behaving appropriately. Of course, you should like plants and greenery. We would like you to have previous experience working with plants. The work can sometimes be physically demanding, which requires good general fitness. It is an advantage if you have good driving experience, including with larger vehicles.
