Your Role as Store Manager As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take personal responsibility. You constantly want to develop sales and you know that good profitability is essential for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results focus are natural cornerstones in store operations. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager: to achieve sales and financial targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key metrics, optimizing turnover and profitability, and budgeting staff responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding to ensure and implement concepts and anchor and drive centrally made decisions Your Profile Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is something you excel at. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a cheerful attitude are natural for you.
