Hot Kitchen Chef wanted for Karlsen's Food & Wine – Crownwood Club Karlsen's Food & Wine at Crownwood Club is located in the heart of northwestern Skåne, surrounded by sea, forest, and open landscapes. The facility offers world-class golf with an 18-hole course and a 9-hole course of international standard, combined with a dining experience that reflects the whole experience. We are now seeking an engaged and quality-conscious chef who wants to be part of our kitchen team during the 2026 season. The position is a seasonal employment until the end of October, with the possibility of extension for the right person. About the Position As a hot kitchen chef at Karlsen's Food & Wine, you will work in a professional and ambitious kitchen where quality, collaboration, and service are in focus. You will primarily work with à la carte service and hot kitchen production together with a dedicated team in an environment with high ambitions and varying pace. Working hours are varied and include days, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities Responsible for preparation and service in the hot kitchen Prepare ingredients and mise en place for service Ensure high quality and presentation of all dishes Follow kitchen routines, hygiene requirements, and workflows Work closely with other kitchen colleagues Contribute to a positive work environment and efficient service We Are Looking For Someone Who Has experience working in a hot kitchen and à la carte service Is stress-resistant, organized, and solution-oriented Has a passion for cooking and an eye for detail Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in a team Is responsible, flexible, and driven Wants to develop together with the operation Application Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
