Licensed Psychologist / Psychotherapist to Health Center on Hönö Would you like to combine meaningful work with proximity to the sea and nature? We are now seeking an engaged and confident licensed psychologist with CBT training and psychotherapy training for a full-time position at our health center on Hönö. About the Position As a psychologist with us, you will be an important part of the health center's psychosocial team and work closely with doctors, nurses, and other professionals. You will meet patients with varying mental health challenges and life situations, with a focus on assessment and treatment at the primary care level. The work includes, among other things: Psychological assessment and diagnostics Individual treatment based on patient needs Psychotherapeutic interventions Crisis and support conversations Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to the development of psychosocial work at the health center We Are Looking for You As Someone Who Is a licensed psychologist Has CBT training but preferably also complementary training such as trauma-focused CBT, IPT, and PDT Is a trained psychotherapist Has experience working in primary care or outpatient care (meriting) Is confident in independent work and at the same time appreciates teamwork Has a warm demeanor and good communication skills We Offer A full-time position in a nature-close and inspiring archipelago environment A close and well-functioning team with short decision-making paths Opportunity to influence and develop the operation Flexibility and a good work environment With us, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape your work environment and our internal working methods.
