As a part-owner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. To support you, Praktikertjänst has a network of specialists in various areas, such as security, legal, HR, facilities, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communications, procurement, pension, and environment. As part of the role, you are responsible for the clinic's financial results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome. Responsibilities You lead and allocate work for staff You work clinically as a dentist Staff management, goal-setting and development discussions, and salary reviews Recruitment as needed Ensure that staff has sufficient knowledge and work with competency development Responsibility for the work environment Qualifications Licensed dentist 3-5 years of professional work experience Strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Personal Qualities We are looking for you who is a trained dentist. You are a confident person who wants to work with different patient groups and are well familiar with diagnostics and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a matter of course to combine quality dental care with good patient care. You also enjoy leading other people.
