About MENI AB MENI AB is a municipal company in Malå that operates and manages Hotel Tjamstan, Tjamstanbackarna, camping operations, and industrial properties. Our mission is to create value for Malå through sustainable development of our operations and facilities. As a caretaker with us, you will have varied work where no two days are the same. Work tasks include supervision, minor repairs, maintenance, snow removal, transportation, and practical support across our various operations. Work may take place at, for example, Hotel Tjamstan, Tjamstanbackarna, the campground, and our industrial properties. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, service-oriented, and has strong problem-solving skills. You need to take responsibility, plan your work, and step in where needed. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: has experience in practical work, property maintenance, upkeep, or similar can operate a wheel loader has a B-class driver's license is responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented enjoysvaried work both indoors and outdoors Experience with snow removal, machine operation, minor repairs, property maintenance, or work at a ski resort is a plus. About the Position The position is located in Malå. Working hours may vary depending on the season and operational needs. During the winter season, snow removal and work related to Tjamstanbackarna may occur.
