Your Role Your formal role will be PoC (Point of Contact), which means you become the section's contact person for the various types of inquiries that come into the section. These can include questions from production or procurement regarding quality, requirements, materials, failure investigations, etc. These matters are handled, registered, and distributed among the section's employees, and your task is to distribute and follow up on them. You will work closely with another PoC and the section manager. Beside the PoC role, you will also handle the same type of inquiries as the rest of the section, which involves work with design, development, and maintenance of our 84 mm grenades. You will follow products through the entire chain, from idea to finished product, where product care becomes part of your responsibilities. You will perform verification and qualification tests in both lab and field environments, which makes your work varied. Documentation, requirement writing, and requirement fulfillment are also important tasks you will work with. The work is characterized by our taking responsibility for our commitments, which also gives the freedom to plan your own work. Your own interests can also guide the direction of the role. We will long-term build your expertise regarding fuzes (safety and initiation systems), as we cannot expect prior knowledge in this area. The fuze is the component in our products that ensures initiation of action if all arming conditions are met. Thus, a very important component for the safety and reliability of our products. The work requires precision and responsibility for both safety during work but also delivery of committed tasks. We believe you are a civil engineer or engineering graduate with a focus on mechanical engineering, engineering physics, or have education/experience that is deemed relevant. You have experience with design in some 3D tool. Experience in design and/or systems engineering work, but also work in customer service or sales, is advantageous. You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security regulations.
