About the Department The Social Care and Health Services Department in Tidaholm Municipality is responsible for care and health services, functional support, regulatory functions, preventive work, and labor market and integration initiatives. About the Position We are seeking a Development Manager who wants to take a central role in shaping, driving, and implementing development within the Social Care and Health Services Department in Tidaholm Municipality. For us, change is a state—not a project. As Development Manager, you are a key person in the department's management group and a driving force in translating strategic decisions into concrete change in operations. You have a central role in our management system and are responsible for maintaining the overall perspective: from analysis and direction to implementation and follow-up. You are also direct manager for the department's key functions, including MAS, SAS/quality developer, MAR, board secretary, digitalization strategist, and systems administrator. This means shared responsibility for developing, coordinating, and ensuring quality in these roles, and together you form a central force in the department's development and quality work. Your Assignment As Development Manager, you will, among other things: Lead and drive the department's strategic development work Be the hub in work with management systems, quality, and follow-up Ensure that decisions and strategies are implemented in practice Coordinate and drive major development projects Support managers in development and change work Be responsible for environmental monitoring and analysis Contribute to structure, prioritization, and direction in development work The role involves close collaboration with the Director of Social Services, department heads, and other key functions.
