About the Workplace The Authority Unit in Aneby Municipality consists of three teams: the children/youth team, the adult team, and the support team. We work closely together and actively collaborate with open-care services and schools to ensure good coordination and a holistic perspective. Job Responsibilities The role of investigator involves investigation and follow-up work according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act (LVU). You will work together with three other investigators, a reception secretary, and a senior social worker in a small, cohesive group that focuses on work environment, stability, and development. Your closest colleagues also include foster care secretaries and placement follow-up officers. We are a small group with strong team spirit that in recent years has worked hard on work environment issues. With us, you will work with a high degree of team spirit, supported by legislation, guidelines, and best practices. In your daily work, you will receive support and supervision from the senior social worker, unit manager, colleagues, and an external supervisor. The work is characterized by professionalism and good conduct, as well as responsiveness to the needs of children, young people, and families. We strive to enable change for the children and young people we meet, promote collaboration, and work with participation and quality in a respectful manner. Our goal is to reach good solutions together with the individual. Right now, we are facing an exciting and intensive development process to meet the transition to the new Social Services Act. As we become an increasingly knowledge-based, accessible, and preventive social service, we face, among other things, further development of our organization in close collaboration with open-care services and schools. Qualifications We are now looking for you who want to work as a social worker in a service where people are at the center. You have: A degree in social work A B-category driving license BBIC training/Child-Centered Case Management is a merit. Experience with similar tasks or other social authority work with children, young people, and families is a merit. Experience with Signs of Safety, ICDP, IRisk, the Combine case management system, and school collaboration is a merit.
