About the position Do you want to be a key person in ensuring continued growth in Swedish manufacturing industry? To achieve this, we need to work together to create conditions for more people to choose a future in production occupations. At Montico, we offer among other things basic and advanced training in welding and workshop technology in southern and central Sweden. For our training operations in Olofström, we are now seeking a training coordinator. Job Description The training coordinator is responsible for contacting and establishing long-term collaborations with local companies regarding competency needs and workplace-based training. The duties include recruiting course participants for Montico's vocational training programs and, in collaboration with vocational instructors, planning their education so that participants have the demanded competencies upon completion. As a training coordinator, you are also the client contact person and plan training in consultation with our clients: the Employment Agency and municipal Adult Education in the region. The position also includes student administration and continuous environmental monitoring. We are looking for you We are looking for someone who is service-minded, communicative, and has a talent for building good relationships. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are accustomed to taking own initiatives and driving and structuring tasks based on what needs to be prioritized. You are curious and interested in staying constantly updated on developments within your area of expertise. It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of the local labor market and previous experience working in adult education. A valid driver's license (B-category) is a requirement, as is fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
