Job Description As a Training Consultant, you will play a central role in our students' development. You will teach and instruct in both practical and theoretical aspects within the profession. With your experience and expertise, you will become an important role model who helps our students develop the skills needed in the job market. Your responsibilities will include: • Planning, conducting, and following up on instruction to ensure that each individual reaches their goals. • Serving as a mentor and supporting our students during their workplace-based learning. • Actively contributing to the development of our training operations. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with a genuine technical interest and a strong desire to share your knowledge. You have a pedagogical aptitude and the ability to adapt your teaching to each individual's needs. Your collaborative and curious approach makes you a valued colleague and mentor.
