About the Role As a childcare provider with us, you are an active part of our pedagogical activities. You are driven by openness, joy, and active listening to the children, where pedagogical documentation and reflection are our most important tools. You see how children learn in different ways and have the ability to challenge them through play, imagination, and in all everyday situations. You build strong relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians and always keep the mission in focus. What We're Looking For in You To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you meet the following profile: Formal Requirements and Competencies Education: Approved childcare provider training (upper secondary or adult education). Language: Good knowledge of Swedish, where you express yourself well in both speech and writing. Is driven by great innate curiosity, is co-investigative, wants to learn, and sees each day as a rewarding adventure together with the children and colleagues.
