Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you provide individualized support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your work tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.
