Your Work Tasks In our work, we start from each customer's individual needs and wishes to create good and close care and support. Examples of work tasks include helping customers with hygiene, dressing, medication administration, and various medical treatments delegated by a nurse. Rehabilitation training is performed under delegation from licensed rehabilitation personnel. The work tasks vary depending on which department the work is performed in. The short-term unit's main task is to receive fully treated patients from the hospital who are not yet ready to move home or to special housing. We base our approach on the customer's needs and compile a plan that is followed to ensure the customer receives the best possible care. To be able to perform the task, cooperation within the work team is important. The work team consists of healthcare assistants, licensed personnel such as nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, as well as coordinators. The position includes work during both day and evening shifts as well as work every other weekend. Working hours are 37 hours per week. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who are trained as a healthcare assistant, preferably with experience in short-term residential care or healthcare. You are responsible for working person-centered with the customer in focus and have experience performing various delegated tasks from the responsible nurse. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and use various digital systems fluently to document in our document management system in accordance with applicable legislation. You use and learn to handle the technical aids required in the work. You are a trustworthy person with an open mind and the ability to put the customer at the center. You have good cooperation skills, both with customers, relatives, and colleagues in the work team as well as cooperation partners. You create team spirit, work proactively for a good work climate, and contribute to the work team's efforts to provide the residents with good care and support of high quality. All according to the values of trust, respect, and humility. Work as a healthcare assistant requires that you can take initiative and be self-reliant.
