Would you like to work with cardiology and thoracic patients in a developing operation? On Ward 50F, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, develop your skills, and help shape the future of our elective care ward together with an engaged team. Our Operation Our operational area encompasses cardiology and pulmonary medicine, clinical physiology, and thoracic surgery. Advanced care is provided here in close collaboration with research and development, making the operation both exciting and future-oriented. On Ward 50F, we provide pre- and postoperative care within the elective flow – planned care for patients coming from home for surgery or treatment. Patients are usually admitted the day before their procedure, cared for on the ward before the operation, and then receive their postoperative care with us. We have a high patient flow and varying work pace, but what characterizes our workplace is strong teamwork. We help each other, support each other, and have an open climate where laughter comes easily and there are no barriers. We work closely with thoracic admissions regarding the preoperative flow and with the cardiac intensive care unit on Ward 50G regarding certain patient groups and when more advanced care is needed. Ward 50F is now entering an exciting development journey. The ward is entering a build-up phase where we will together shape and develop the future Ward 50F. We don't know yet exactly what the operation will look like in a year – but we know that we are looking for engaged employees who want to participate in influencing, developing, and building something long-term.
