JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone who is interested and wants to help continue developing home care services in Bromölla. We think differently and work in new ways to meet future needs. As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with something as meaningful as creating a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life for our elderly citizens. You will become an important part of an engaged team where we work together, with strong team spirit, to provide support and care in accordance with the Social Services Act. To meet future needs, we rethink and work in new ways. We have several work time models such as weekend and evening services. We have service teams that handle cleaning, laundry, and shopping. We will be starting a psychiatric unit for users with more psychiatric needs and specialized units for dementia. We have nursing assistants who work with digital home care, medication devices, digital on-demand dispensers, and technical aids that we distribute ourselves, such as Diana, a toilet visit assistance device, and Rotobed, a turning bed that helps users get up and out of bed on their own. We strive to stay at the forefront and continuously develop new work methods and digital aids that make it easier for both our users and our employees. We have already introduced evening and weekend services to improve schedules for our employees. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for the position: • Are a trained nursing assistant • Preferably have several years of experience in the profession • Further training as a specialist nursing assistant is a merit • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • B driving license Personal qualities: • Are confident in your professional role and always put the user's needs first • Adapt easily to changing circumstances • Can plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently • Are service-oriented and driven by creating security and quality for our users • Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work climate • Want to be involved in developing the activities together with your colleagues Competence and work methods: • Have good communication skills • Have computer skills as documentation is an important part of the work • Are interested in digitalization and welfare technology • Are open to testing new work methods and contributing to the development of the activities Our values: To succeed in our mission, we work based on our core values: good treatment, participation, and courage.
